How The Card works

One minute, start to finish: four players added, handicaps set, a real course picked, the games chosen, specials turned on, eighteen holes scored, and the standings at the end.

The same thing, written down

1. Add playersType the names once. They are saved to your roster, so the people you play with every week are two taps next time.
2. Set handicapsEnter each player's index and the app works out where their strokes fall, using the stroke index on the course's own card.
3. Pick your courseSearch by name or take the courses nearest you, then choose which tees you are playing. Pars, yardages and stroke index come with it.
4. Choose gamesSkins, nassau, wolf, best ball, stableford, bingo bango bongo, nines and twelves, scramble. Run as many at once as you like.
5. Add specialsClosest to the pin, longest drive, greenies, and the rest. Turn on the ones your group actually plays.
6. Score each holeOne phone, one tap per player. Every game you picked is scored as you go, with strokes already applied.
7. Standings and recapWho won what, game by game, in points. Share the round and the group follows along live on their own phones, free.
